Our Antibacterial nylon masterbatch has gained a lot of popularity due to its ability to enhance the antibacterial properties of nylon fibers, particularly PA6/66. As a result of their excellent features, they've become widely used in the textile industry.

Our Antibacterial nylon masterbatch mainly includes silver series antimicrobial agent, copper series antimicrobial agent, zinc series antimicrobial agent, organic antimicrobial agent and so on.

Usage: Add it before spinning by blending to greatly improve the antimicrobial durability of the fiber.

One advantage of our antibacterial nylon masterbatch is that it has broad-spectrum antibacterial properties. It's effective against several types of harmful bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Candida albicans. According to GB/T 20944.1-2008 standards, the masterbatch is rated 3A for antibacterial properties.
Another significant feature of our masterbatch is its safety. It's completely non-toxic and stable, and its performance remains consistent even at high temperatures. Additionally, after 50 washes, the antibacterial efficacy against common bacteria like E.coli, S. aureus, and C. albicans remains excellent.
