Plastic Packaging

Single-layer packaging refers to packaging products processed with single-layer film material, mainly used for frozen food inner packaging or the outer packaging of goods, etc., and some of them are used as disposable bibs. This product is the most widely used category in the field of packaging bags, which can be made of plastic, bio-plastic, GRS recycled material, fully biodegradable material or anti-bacterial and anti-mold material. It is suitable for supermarket shopping, fresh fruits and vegetables, low-temperature freezing, and catering packaging.

Composite packaging bag is two or more membrane materials, after one or more composite process and combined together, so as to constitute a certain function of the composite membrane material. Generally can be divided into grass-roots level, functional layer and heat sealing layer. The base layer mainly plays the roles of aesthetic, printing, moisture barrier, etc.; the functional layer mainly plays the roles of barrier, light protection, etc.; the heat sealing layer is in direct contact with the packaged goods, and plays the roles of adaptability, permeability, good heat sealing, and transparency. This product is usually used as food inner packaging, and can be produced by food-grade plastic material, fully biodegradable material or anti-bacteria and anti-mold material. It is suitable for food packaging, low-temperature freezing, high-temperature cooking, vacuum packaging and so on.
