's general-purpose polyester injection molding grade TPU has a hardness ranging from Shore 65A to Shore 70D. The material has excellent mechanical properties, excellent weather resistance, good transparency, good processing fluidity, fast forming, good composite effect with other materials, and high compatibility with inorganic fillers.

It can be used in electronic product shells and sheaths, shoe materials, toys, luggage casters, and handles, industrial injection products, engineering materials, auto parts, sports protective gear, blending modification, etc.

’s TPU can be used for ordinary injection-molded shole soles, one-time injection-molded shoe outsole(monochrome or multi-color) of various shoe materials. According to the shoes used in different applications, the hardness ranges from 70A to 98A. The corresponding TPU product has good fluidity, fast forming, and ideal final product bending. At the same time, it can also be used for injection foaming shoe soles. Through the injection foaming process, one-time injection molding produces foamed shole soles with fine cell structure inside. The product has excellent resilience performance, a density as low as 45%, and excellent UV resistance.
