One of the main applications of Dawn TPV materials is in airbag frames and covers. These materials are able to withstand high temperatures and provide excellent resistance to bursting. They also have a low odor rating and meet the VOC and ELV requirements of automotive manufacturers. Additionally, TPV materials are great for airbag covers due to their excellent scratch resistance and formability.

Another application of Dawn TPV materials is in dashboard skins. Extruded or injection molded, these skins have a low odor rating, good scratch resistance, and a lower density than PVC or PU alternatives. TPV dashboard skin are also great for replacing other materials due to their low emission rates.

TPV materials are also widely used in other automotive applications such as central gasket, handbrake sheath, cup pad, trunk gasket, side step pedals, fender and wheel covers. Their broad temperature range (-60℃-135℃), excellent formability, low odor, low VOC emissions, and good tactile properties make them an excellent choice in these applications.

Lastly, TPV materials are also used in various decorative elements of the vehicle, such as ventilated cover plate angle materials, which meet the SAE J2527 2500KJ radiation energy requirement.
