Product Description

Property: Natural color, cylindrical or flat round particles, bright and clean, the size of the particles in any direction should be 2 mm ~ 5 mm, no mechanical impurities, with thermoplastic. The powder is white powder, the qualified product is allowed to have slight yellow. It is insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, but can be dissolved in aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and halogenated hydrocarbons when contacted for a long time, and slightly soluble in toluene and acetic acid when above 70℃. Oxidation occurs when heated in the air and under the influence of sunlight. It is resistant to most acids and bases. It has low water absorption, maintains flexibility at low temperatures, and has high electrical insulation properties.

 

Production process: HDPE have two kinds of production process, vapor phase method and slurry method, are used.

 

Uses: Injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, rotational molding and other molding methods are used to produce film products, hollow containers of various sizes for daily necessities and industrial use, pipes, calendaring and ligature tapes for packaging, ropes and cables, fishing nets and woven fibers, wires and cables, etc.
