Modified PE Resin

The modified PE resin are mainly chlorinated polyethylene, chlorosulphonated polyethylene, cross-linked polyethylene and co-modified varieties.

Cross-linked polyethylene: Radiation (X-rays, electron rays or ultraviolet irradiation, etc.) or chemical methods (peroxide or silicone cross-linking) are used to make linear polyethylene into reticulated or bulk cross-linked polyethylene. Among them, the silicone crosslinking method is a simple process, low operating costs, and molding and crosslinking can be carried out in steps, it is appropriate to use blow molding and injection molding. The heat resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance and mechanical properties of cross-linked polyethylene have been greatly improved compared with polyethylene, suitable for large pipes, cables and wires and rotomolded products.
