Pure Pbat Granules

Pure pbat granule as a biodegradable material, in line with the "EN13432" international general evaluation standards (the main content is: in the relative humidity of 70%, the temperature of 60 ℃ conditions, aerobic composting, within 180 days, relative to the cotton cellulose, the biodegradation rate of the material to reach more than 90%), to solve the "white pollution" problem is of great significance. "White pollution" problem is of great significance.

Pure PBAT granules have both good mechanical properties, high ductility and elongation at break, as well as good heat resistance and impact properties, but also has excellent biodegradability, is a fully biodegradable plastic.

  Characteristics:

  (1) Milky white or slightly yellow

  (2) PBAT is a semi-crystalline polymer

  (3) Usually crystallization temperature is near 110°C

  (4) Melting point of about 130 ℃

  (5) Density between 1.18g/ml~1.3g/ml

  (6) The crystallinity of PBAT is about 30%.

  (7) Shore hardness above 85

Application areas: biodegradable plastic bags, biodegradable agricultural mulch film, biodegradable lunch boxes, straws, knives, forks, etc.
