S/S Bi-component Nonwoven Fabric

S/S bi-component nonwoven fabric is a type of nonwoven fabric made from two different materials with contrasting properties. During the spinning and bonding process, the two materials respond differently to heat and shrinkage, resulting in highly crimped fibers.

The twisted and curled fibers create a uniform surface with high loft and softness, resembling that of cotton. The fabric also has excellent drape, breathability, and skin-friendliness, making it suitable for a range of applications, especially in healthcare and filtration.
