Thermoplastic Urethane (TPU) as an elastomer is a material between rubber and plastic, TPU's hardness range is quite wide, from Shore A 60 ~ Shore D 80 and in the whole hardness range of high elasticity; TPU in a wide range of temperatures -40 ~ 120 ℃, with flexibility, without the need for plasticizers; TPU oil (mineral oil, animal and vegetable fats and lubricants) and many solvents have good resistance; TPU also has good weather resistance, excellent high energy radiation resistance. Good resistance to oils (mineral oils, animal and vegetable oils and lubricants) and many solvents; TPU also has good weathering resistance, excellent resistance to high-energy rays. Well-known abrasion resistance, tear resistance, flexural strength are excellent; high tensile strength, elongation, long-term compression permanent deformation rate is low, etc. are the significant advantages of TPU.
