TPV Car

Thermoplastic Vulcanizate (TPV) is a type of thermoplastic elastomer that is widely used for manufacturing various automotive parts, including bumper covers. TPV has excellent properties, making it an ideal material for use in automotive applications due to its high durability, impact resistance, and compression set. The processing of TPV on bumper covers requires several steps, including material preparation, injection molding, and surface treatment.

To begin, TPV material is preheated in a dryer to remove any moisture that may be present in the material. The material is then loaded into an injection molding machine, where it is melted, and the molten TPV is injected into a mold cavity under high pressure. The mold is then cooled, and the part is ejected from the mold.
