​LLDPE Plastic Granules (LLDPE) is a molecular structure with very short copolymerization of ethylene with a small amount of α -olefin on the main chain of linear ethylene.

PE HD85612 IM is a high-density hexene copolymer with a narrow molecular weight distribution. The enhanced
properties and anti-UV formulation give the product an advantageous combination of physical and mechanical
characteristics. Articles produced from this grade show high rigidity, good impact strength and a glossy surface
finish.
PE HD85612 IM is recommended for Injection Molding applications such as crates, recycle bins, hardhats and
general purpose items.

Features:

1. Self-viscosity. Self-adhesive refers to the adhesion between the wound films after contact. This property enables the package to tighten and not loosen during the stretch winding process and after wrapping. Self-viscosity is affected by many external factors, such as humidity, dust and pollutants, which is also an important indicator to detect its quality.

2. Toughness. Toughness refers to the combined resistance of a film to puncture and tear. The hazard value for tear resistance must be transverse, that is, perpendicular to the direction of operation of the machine, because tearing in this direction will loosen the package and the package will remain firm even if a tear occurs longitudinally. Therefore, the better the toughness of the winding film, the higher the quality.

3. Tensile performance. Stretching is the elongation capacity of the winding film after being stressed. The excellent tensile film will get good extension after stretching.
