PBAT, or polybutylene adipate terephthalate, is one of the main materials used for biodegradable film. However, PBAT has been known to have lower strength, poor water resistance, and poor weatherability. To improve the properties of PBAT, we have developed a modified PBAT film material that is suitable for biodegradable film.

The key to developing high-quality PBAT film materials is through proper modification. Our PBAT film material goes through a series of modifications to enhance its properties. Here are some of the steps involved in the modification process:

1. Adding Strength Materials: To improve the strength of PBAT film, we add materials such as PLA, or inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate and talc.

2. Improving Water Resistance: To improve the water resistance of PBAT film, we add materials such as PPC, PGA, or inorganic fillers such as talc and bentonite.

3. Enhancing Weatherability: To improve the weatherability of PBAT film, we add antioxidants, light stabilizers, and UV absorbers.

4. Ensuring Proper Film Processing: During the modification process, we control the film blowing process conditions, including the blow-up ratio, traction rate, and other factors.
