PBAT PLA polymer, a biodegradable material that combines the biodegradable properties of PBAT and the mechanical strength of PLA.

The PBAT PLA polymer is a simple modification of PBAT that requires low equipment requirements. Adding PLA to PBAT can significantly improve its tensile strength, making it a more viable material for packaging. However, the amount of PLA added should not exceed 15% as this may affect the sealing properties.

Products application

PBAT PLA polymer is 100% biodegradable. Once disposed of, it undergoes natural enzymatic reactions, breaking down into carbon dioxide and water without any persistent environmental harm. Additionally, it has good processing capabilities and physical properties and can be used for various applications such as blown film production. Its final products exhibit physical and functional characteristics that match or surpass those of traditional plastic products, making it an ideal replacement for shopping bags, trash bags, courier bags, and drawstring bags.
