Medium pressure method

PE Pellet can be divided into high pressure method, medium pressure method and low pressure method according to polymerization pressure.

A chromium-based catalyst loaded on silica gel was used to polymerize ethylene under medium pressure in a ring-tube reactor to produce high-density polyethylene.

Processing and application: PE Pellet can be processed by blow molding, extrusion, injection molding and other methods, and is widely used in the manufacture of films, hollow products, fibers and daily necessities. In actual production, in order to improve the stability of polyethylene to ultraviolet light and oxidation, improve processing and use of performance, need to add a small amount of plastic additives. Commonly used ultraviolet absorber for o-hydroxy benzophenone or its alkoxy derivatives, etc., carbon black is an excellent ultraviolet shielding agent. In addition, antioxidants, lubricants, coloring agents, etc. are added to expand the application range of polyethylene.
