PBAT is a biodegradable polyester that can be completely decomposed by microorganisms into carbon dioxide and water under certain conditions like composting or exposure to sea water.

Aside from its eco-friendly properties, PBAT also possesses other advantageous features. It has good tensile and tear strength, excellent film-forming ability, and a wide processing temperature range that makes it suitable for various plastic processing methods like blow molding, extrusion, and casting. The physical and operational properties of the final product are close to or exceed those of similar traditional plastic products.

Biodegradable Plastic Granules PBAT is safe for use in disposable tableware and has been tested for food contact safety.

Biodegradable Plastic Granules PBAT are widely used in the packaging field: handbags, continuous roll bags, garbage bags, courier bags and so on. The physical properties of the products are basically the same as those of similar traditional plastics.

In addition, it is an ideal material for agricultural film products.
